One pro. One con.

The thing about such elaborate dreaming is that there are pros and cons. On the upside you have the ability to have a blast. Take flying dreams for example. They're fun for pretty much everyone whose had them but now add the detail that would in most cases distinguish it from reality (logic of flying aside of course). The sound of the wind as it rushes past you. The feeling of your hair blowing wildly and tickling your cheek. The smell of the sea you're flying over and the pang in your stomach when you suddenly dip a little too quickly.

A con would be waking up utterly exhausted and feeling as if you hadn't slept at all. I love the way Mitch Headberg put it; 'I hate dreaming because when you want to sleep, you want to sleep. Dreaming is work. Next thing you know, I have to build a go-cart with my ex-landlord.' that pretty much sums it up.
